基于休哈特质量控制图的部队训练伤安全预警系统管理效果

Analysis on the Effectiveness of Training Injuries Management Based on Shewhart Quality Control Chart Safety Early Warning System

目的探讨基于休哈特质量控制图安全预警系统管理与常规健康教育对部队训练伤的预防效果差异。方法研究时间为2017年5月—2019年5月,选择同一兵种专业的战士800名进行研究,采用随机数表法将其分为实验组与对照组,每组400例,在训练伤预防方面,实验组采用基于休哈特质量控制图安全预警系统管理,对照组采用常规健康教育管理。比较两组战士2年时间内训练伤发生率。结果实验组各类训练伤发生率均明显低于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组均无死亡事件。结论基于休哈特质量控制图安全预警系统管理,可明显降低部队训练伤发生率,适合推广应用。

Objective To explore the difference in the prevention effects of troop training injuries between the management of safety early warning system based on Shewhart quality control chart and conventional health education.Methods The research lasted from May 2017 to May 2019,with 800 soldiers of the same service specialty selected as the research object.The random number table method was adopted to divide them into the experimental and control groups,with 400 in each group.In terms of training injury prevention,the experimental group was managed with a Shewhart quality control chart based on safety early warning system,and the control group was managed with routine health education.The two groups were compared in the incidences of training injuries over a two-year period.Results The incidence of various types of training injuries in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no deaths in neither group.Conclusion The management of safety early warning system based on Shewhart quality control chart can remarkably reduce the incidence of troop training injuries and thus is worth popularization and application.
