摘要
目的:探究针对性护理干预对卒中后患者血管新生和侧支循环形成的影响,为卒中后护理策略的制定提供参考。方法:选取2017年4月-2019年1月本院脑卒中患者80例,按随机数x表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予针对性护理干预。比较两组干预前后纤维细胞生长因子(BFGF)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、人TOLL样受体2(TLR2)及侧支循环评分。结果:干预前后,两组BFGF、VEGF与TLR2比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组HAMA与HAMD评分均明显低于干预前与对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组侧支循环评分均明显高于干预前与对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对性护理干预可促进卒中后患者侧支循环形成,改善心理状态,有利于卒中后患者的康复。
Objective:To explore the effects of targeted nursing interventions on angiogenesis and collateral circulation formation in patients after stroke,and to provide a reference for the formulation of nursing strategies for after stroke.Method:A total of 80 stroke patients in our hospital from April 2017 to January 2019 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given targeted nursing intervention based on the control group.The fibrocyte growth factor (BFGF),vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF),Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA),Hamilton depression scale (HAMD),human TOLL-like receptor 2 (TLR2) and collateral circulation scores were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Result:Before and after intervention,there were no significant differences in BFGF,VEGF and TLR2 between the two groups (P>0.05).HAMA and HAMD scores in the observation group after intervention were significantly lower than those before intervention and in the control group (P<0.05).After intervention,the collateral circulation score of the observation group was significantly higher than those before intervention and in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted nursing intervention can promote the formation of collateral circulation of patients after stroke,improve their mental state,and is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients after stroke.
