血液透析联合血液灌流对慢性肾脏病矿物质和骨异常的临床治疗效果 被引量:8

Clinical Therapeutic Effect of Hemodialysis Combined with Hemoperfusion for Mineral and Bone Abnormalities in Chronic Kidney Disease

摘要 目的:分析血液透析联合血液灌流治疗对慢性肾脏病矿物质和骨异常的临床治疗效果。方法:选取2017年11月-2018年5月本院血液净化中心收治的慢性肾脏病患者78例,按照随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,每组各39例。试验组患者给予血液透析联合血液灌流治疗,对照组给予血液透析治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后相关指标及生存质量评分情况。结果:两组患者治疗后的Ca、P、iPTH、BUN、Scr及CRP均优于治疗前的水平,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后的Ca、P、iPTH、BUN、Scr及CRP的水平要优于对照组的水平,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后各生活质量指标均优于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后试验组各生活质量指标均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血液透析联合血液灌流治疗对慢性肾脏病患者的矿物质水平有改善作用,可降低骨质疏松症状的病发,提高患者的生活质量,值得于临床中应用。 Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion on mineral and bone abnormalities in chronic kidney disease.Method:A total of 78 patients with chronic kidney disease admitted to our blood purification center from November 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,39 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion,while the control group was treated with hemodialysis.Relevant indicators and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:After treatment,the levels of Ca,P,iPTH,BUN,Scr and CRP in the two groups were better than those before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05),and the levels of Ca,P,iPTH,BUN,Scr and CRP in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life indicators of two groups were better than those of before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and quality of life indicators of the experimental group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion can improve the mineral level of patients with chronic kidney disease,reduce the incidence of osteoporosis symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
