马来酸桂哌齐特联合倍他乐克对冠心病心绞痛患者血浆vWF、CEC的影响

Effects of Cinepazide Maleate and Betaloc on Plasma vWF and CEC in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris

目的:探讨马来酸桂哌齐特联合倍他乐克对冠心病心绞痛患者血浆血管血友病因子(vWF)、循环内皮细胞(CEC)的影响。方法:选取2018年8月-2019年6月本院收治的冠心病心绞痛患100例为研究对象,应用信封法将其分为对照组与研究组,各50例。对照组患者应用倍他乐克治疗,研究组应用马来酸桂哌齐特联合倍他乐克进行治疗。比较两组患者血浆vWF、CEC、炎性因子水平及两组临床疗效。结果:治疗干预后,两组血浆vWF、CEC水平均低于治疗干预前,且研究组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗干预后,两组血清中CRP、TNF-α水平均低于治疗干预前,且研究组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组临床总有效率为96.0%,明显高于对照组的78.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在冠心病心绞痛患者的临床治疗过程中应用马来酸桂哌齐特联合倍他乐克治疗方案,可显著提升临床疗效,同时可改善患者血浆中vWF、CEC水平,改善炎性因子水平,临床应用效果理想,可考虑普及。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Cinepazide Maleate combined with Betaloc on plasma vWF and CEC in angina pectoris patients with coronary heart disease.Method:A total of 100 cases of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the study objects,they were divided into control group and study group by envelope method,50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with Betaloc,the team was treated with Cinepazide Maleate combined with Betaloc.Plasma levels of vWF,CEC,inflammatory factors and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Result:After the treatment intervention,plasma vWF and CEC levels in both groups were lower than those before the treatment intervention,and the study group is lower than those the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After the treatment intervention,serum levels of CRP and TNF-α in both groups were lower than those before the treatment intervention,and the study group is lower than those the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total clinical response rate of the study group was 96.0%,significantly higher than the control group of 78.0%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of angina pectoris patients with coronary heart disease,the application of Cinepazide Maleate combined with Betaloc treatment scheme can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,and improve the plasma levels of vWF and CEC,and improve the level of inflammatory factors,the clinical application effect is ideal,it can be considered to be popular.
