河南省2015-2017年各地区医院乳腺癌手术情况调查

Survey of Breast Cancer Surgery in Hospitals of Various Regions in Henan Province at 2015-2017

目的:调查河南省近三年乳腺癌外科手术治疗术式情况,研究河南省乳腺癌外科治疗术式的发展变化趋势。方法:对参加第一届河南省医学会乳腺病学分会全体委员进行调查,采用国际通用的国际标准化问卷调查方法调查,统计学用SPSS 22.0统计软件对数据进行整合处理。结果:2015年被调查的医院确诊的乳腺癌病例为11461例,2016为12335例,2017为13528例。2015年河南省乳腺癌保乳率为18.4%,2016年为18.7%,2017年为21.1%。2015年河南省乳腺癌改良根治术率为81.6%,2016年为81.3%,2017年为78.9%。郑州市的保乳率比其他市高(P<0.001)。结论:近三年河南省确诊乳腺癌的人数逐年升高,保乳手术率逐年上升。经济发达市区的保乳率高于经济不发达市区。

Objective:To investigate the surgical treatment of breast cancer in Henan Province at the past three years,and to study the development trend of surgical treatment of breast cancer in Henan province.Method:All the members of the first session of the Henan Medical Association’s Breast Diseases Branch were surveyed,and the internationally accepted international standardized questionnaire survey method was used to investigate and analyze the data using SPSS 22.0 statistical software.Result:The number of confirmed breast cancer cases in the hospitals surveyed in 2015 was 11461,with 12335 in 2016 and 13528 in 2017.The breast-conserving rate of breast cancer in Henan province was 18.4%in 2015,18.7%in 2016 and 21.1%in 2017.The rate of modified radical mastectomy in Henan province was 81.6%in 2015,81.3%in 2016 and 78.9%in 2017.The retention rate of Zhengzhou city was higher than that of other cities(P<0.001).Conclusion:In the past three years,the number of confirmed breast cancers in Henan province has increased year by year,and the rate of breast-conserving surgery has increased year by year.The lactation rate in economically developed urban areas is higher than that in economically underdeveloped urban areas.
