摘要 目的:探讨不同血糖监测方式对2型糖尿病患者血糖的控制效果。方法:选取2018年1-12月东莞市万江医院、东莞市人民医院及东莞市康华医院收治的2型糖尿病患者60例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组采用指尖血监测血糖,观察组采用扫描式葡萄糖监测系统监测血糖,两组均根据监测情况调整治疗方案。比较两组治疗前后血糖水平、治疗后血糖控制情况及低血糖事件发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FPG)及餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组HbA1c、FPG及2 h PG均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组血糖水平均达标。观察组血糖达标时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血糖达标后胰岛素使用剂量、血糖最大波动幅度和平均漂移幅度均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组低血糖事件发生率与无症状低血糖发生率均高于对照组,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组低血糖持续时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在2型糖尿病患者强化治疗过程中采用扫描式葡萄糖监测系统监测其血糖波动,有助于及时调整胰岛素使用剂量,促使血糖快速且平稳达标,降低低血糖事件发生。 Objective:To investigate the effect of different blood sugar monitoring methods on blood sugar control in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Method:A total of 60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Wanjiang Hospital of Dongguan City,People’s Hospital of Dongguan city and Kanghua Hospital of Dongguan city from January to December 2018 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was monitored with fingertip blood glucose,and the observation group was monitored with scanning glucose monitoring system.Both groups adjusted their treatment plans according to the monitoring situation.Blood glucose level before and after treatment,blood glucose control after treatment and occurrence of hypoglycemia in the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),fasting blood glucose(FPG)and postprandial 2 h blood glucose(2 h PG)levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,HbA1c,FPG and 2 h PG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Blood glucose levels in both groups were up to standard after treatment.The time of blood glucose reaching the standard in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The dosage of insulin after blood glucose reaching the standard,the maximum fluctuation range and average drift range of blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemia events and asymptomatic hypoglycemia in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,but the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The duration of hypoglycemia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Scanning glucose monitoring system is used to monitor the blood sugar fluctuation of type 2 diabetic patients during intensive treatment.It is helpful to adjust the dosage of insulin in time,promote the blood sugar to reach the standard quickly and smoothly,and reduce the incidence of hypoglycemic events.
