体外高频热疗联合多西他赛+奈达铂治疗晚期食管癌的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the External High Frequency Thermotherapy Combined with Docetaxel, Nedaplatin in the Treatment of Patients with Advanced Esophageal Carcinoma

目的:观察与研究体外高频热疗联合多西他赛+奈达铂治疗晚期食管癌的临床效果。方法:将2017年6月-2018年6月收治的100例晚期食管癌患者依据随机分配的原则分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组采用多西他赛+奈达铂治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上加用体外高频热疗。比较两组的临床疗效、不良反应发生率、治疗前后的生活质量评分。结果:观察组的临床总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组的生活质量评分情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后1、3、6个月和末次随访,观察组的生活质量评分情况均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:体外高频热疗联合多西他赛+奈达铂治疗晚期食管癌的临床效果较好,且安全性值得肯定,对患者的生活质量有积极的影响作用,因此临床应用价值较高。

Objective: To observe and study the clinical effect of external high frequency thermotherapy combined with Docetaxel, Nedaplatin in the treatment of patients with advanced esophageal carcinoma. Method: A total of 100 patients with advanced esophageal carcinoma from June 2017 to June 2018 were divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group, according to the principle of random distribution. The control group was treated with Docetaxel and Nedaplatin, the observation group was treated with external high frequency thermotherapy on the treatment of control group. Then the clinical effect, adverse reaction rates and life quality before and after the treatment of two groups were compared. Result: The total clinical effect rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The adverse reaction rates of two groups were compared, the differences were statistically significant(P>0.05). The life quality scores of two groups before the treatment were compared, there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05);1 month, 3 months, 6 months after treatment and the last follow-up after treatment, the quality of life score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of external high frequency thermotherapy combined with Docetaxel, Nedaplatin in the treatment of patients with advanced esophageal carcinoma are better, and its safety is higher, the influence for life quality of patients is active, so its clinical application value is higher.
