针对性心理干预对患儿术后镇痛、焦虑及恐惧的影响

Effects of Targeted Psychological Intervention on Postoperative Analgesia, Anxiety and Fear in Children

目的:研究针对性心理干预对患儿术后镇痛、焦虑及恐惧的影响。方法:选取2017年12月-2019年5月本院收治的102例手术患儿作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(n=51)单纯使用常规心理干预措施,观察组(n=51)给予针对性心理干预。对两组手术患儿干预前后不同时间点镇痛评分、心理状态以及干预满意度进行统计比较。结果:干预后,观察组术后不同时间点镇痛评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组焦虑、恐惧得分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿家长满意度为96.08%,明显高于对照组的74.51%(P<0.05)。结论:针对性心理干预对患儿术后镇痛效果显著,可有效减轻患儿的疼痛程度,减少镇痛药物的应用,并减轻患儿的焦虑与恐惧,从而提高围术期满意度,可作为手术患儿的优选干预方法。

Objective: To investigate the effects of targeted psychological intervention on postoperative analgesia, anxiety and fear in children. Method: A total of 102 surgical children admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the study objects, then they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The control group(n=51) only used conventional psychological intervention measures, while the observation group(n=51) was given targeted psychological intervention. The analgesic scores, psychological status before and after intervention and satisfaction of intervention of two groups were compared. Result: After intervention, the analgesic scores of the observation group at different time points after operation were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). After intervention, the anxiety and fear scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The total satisfaction of the parents of the observation group was 96.08%, significantly higher than 74.51% of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Targeted psychological intervention has a significant effect on postoperative analgesia in children, it can effectively reduce the degree of pain in children, reduce the use of analgesics, and alleviate anxiety and fear of children, so as to improve the satisfaction of children during perioperative period, it can be used as an optimal intervention method for children undergoing surgery.
