瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗早发冠心病急性心肌梗死的效果及对炎性反应、心功能的影响

Effect of Rosuvastatin Calcium Tablet on Early-onset Coronary Heart Disease and Acute Myocardial Infarction and Its Effect on Inflammatory Response and Cardiac Function

目的:探讨早发冠心病急性心肌梗死应用瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗对其心功能以及炎性反应的影响。方法:选取2016年1月-2018年12月本院收治的早发冠心病急性心肌梗死患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。将阿托伐他汀钙片应用于对照组治疗中,将瑞舒伐他汀钙片应用于试验组治疗中。对比两组临床疗效,治疗前后血脂水平、炎性因子及心功能指标。结果:试验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后HDL-C、LDL-C、TC、TG较治疗前均有所改善,且试验组改善程度均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组IL-18、hs-CRP、LVEF改善情况均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在早发冠心病急性心肌梗死的治疗方面,瑞舒伐他汀钙片能够使患者血脂指标与心功能得到明显改善,降低血管内皮炎性反应,值得临床推广及使用。

Objective: To investigate the effect of Rosuvastatin Calcium Tablet on the cardiac function and inflammatory response in patients with early-onset coronary heart disease and acute myocardial infarction. Method: From January 2016 to December 2018, 60 patients with early-onset coronary heart disease and acute myocardial infarction were selected, they were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number method, 30 cases in each group. Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets were used in the control group and Rosuvastatin Calcium Tablets were used in the experimental group. The clinical effect, blood lipid level, inflammatory factors and heart function indexes of two groups before and after treatment were compared. Result: The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The levels of HDL-C, LDL-C, TC, TG of two groups were improved, and the improvement degree of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group, the differences were statisticaly significant(P<0.05). The improvement of IL-18, hs-CRP, LVEF in the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Rosuvastatin Calcium Tablets can improve the blood lipid index and heart function of patients with early-onset coronary heart disease and acute myocardial infarction, it has a good anti-inflammatory effect and is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
