阳离子交换树脂法降低壳聚糖酶解产物灰分的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的考察用阳离子交换树脂降低壳聚糖酶解产物的灰分。方法采用强酸性苯乙烯系阳离子交换树脂(湿计)与纤维素酶的不同比例进行静态浸泡,考察阳离子交换树脂降低纤维素酶灰分的能力。结果采用强酸性苯乙烯系阳离子树脂(湿计)只进行1次阳离子交换,当纤维素酶-阳离子交换树脂用量的比例为1∶5时,纤维素酶中的灰分已基本去除,无须进行阴离子交换就可有效降低纤维素酶的灰分,进而降低壳聚糖酶解产物(壳低聚糖)的灰分。结论该方法工艺效果良好,操作简便易行。 Objective To investigate the reduction of the ash content of chitosan enzymatic hydrolysis products by cation exchange resin.Methods Static immersion was conducted using different ratios of strong acid styrene cation resin(hygrometer)to cellulase to investigate the ability of cationic exchange resin of reducing the ash content of cellulase.Results Strongly acidic styrenic cationic resin(hygroscopic)was used for only one cation exchange.When the ratio of cellulase dosage-cationic exchange resin dosage was 1∶5,the ash content in cellulase was roughly removed.Without anion exchange,the ash content of cellulase could be effectively reduced,and then the ash content of enzymatic hydrolysis products of chitosan(chitosan oligosaccharide)could be reduced as well.Conclusion This method is effective and easy to operate.
