摘要
目的优选颈康酊的最佳提取工艺条件。方法采用双指标加权评分法,以人参皂苷Rb1含量和总固体为考核指标,采用L9(34)正交试验法,考察影响颈康酊提取工艺的关键因素。结果颈康酊的最佳提取工艺为药材粒度为粗颗粒,溶剂为6倍量45%乙醇,浸渍15 d。结论优选的颈康酊提取工艺合理可行,提取效果稳定。
Objective To optimize the optimum extraction conditions of Jingkang Tincture.Methods Double-index weighted scoring method with the content of ginsenoside Rb1 and total solids as the indexes was adopted to investigated the optimum process by L9(34)orthogonal experiment.Results The optimum extraction process was as follows:the best size of medicinal materials was coarse particles,the solvent was 6 times of 45%ethanol,and the extract was impregnated for 15 d.Conclusion The optimized technology is reasonable,f easible,and stable for Jingkang Tincture.
