摘要
利用无源效率刻度软件Angle 3.0模拟分析了铁矿石组分、装样密度及装样高度对探测效率的影响,并用掺铁标准源进行了验证。结果表明,铁元素对低能区探测效率影响显著,在组分未知时,238U的测定采用1001 keV比63.3 keV好。装样时,装样高度保持一致。装样密度与探测效率呈线性关系,在样品与标准源密度不一致的情况下,可以通过密度修正计算效率。
The influence of iron ore composition,loading density and loading height on the detection efficiency was simulated and analyzed by using the passive efficiency calibration software Angle 3.0,and verified by the standard source of iron doping.The results showed that the effect of Fe on the detection efficiency of low energy region was significant.When the composition of sample is unknown,1001 keV is better than 63.3 keV in the determination of 238U.During loading,the loading height shall be consistent.There is a linear relationship between the density of the sample and the detection efficiency.If the density of the sample is different from that of the standard source,the efficiency can be calculated by density correction.
