摘要
从动态能力的视角探讨高管团队行为整合对商业模式创新的影响.通过对长三角地区283家新创企业进行问卷调查和分层回归分析,研究发现:高管团队行为整合对商业模式创新有正向影响,并通过动态能力促进商业模式创新,对动态能力的四个维度即机会识别能力、组织学习能力、资源整合能力、资源重构能力有显著的正向影响;四个维度对商业模式创新具有正向影响作用,并且在高管团队行为整合与商业模式创新之间起着部分中介作用.
From the perspective of dynamic capability,this paper discusses the influence of top management team behavior integration and business model innovation.Through questionnaire survey and hierarchical regression analysis of 283 new enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta region,the research finds that the behavioral integration of top management team promotes business model innovation through dynamic capability,and has a significantly positive effect on the four dimensions of dynamic capability,namely,the ability to identify opportunities,the ability to organize learning,the ability to integrate resources and the ability to reconstruct resources.The four dimensions of dynamic capability have a positive impact on business model innovation and play a part of intermediary role between the behavioral integration of top management teams and business model innovation.Dynamic capability can be used as an intermediate process to better explain the action mechanism of executive team behavior integration on business model innovation.
