摘要
襄阳《草庐·诸葛亮》实景演出是隆中文化产业园重点打造的文化旅游精品项目.文章以襄阳《草庐·诸葛亮》实景演出为研究对象,采用实地调研和访谈的方法,剖析其运营中存在的"文化旅游产业链不够完善""过夜游客数量不尽人意""市场推广短板明显""演出剧目策划不精"等主要问题及原因,并从完善旅游产业链、做大市场总量、实施精准营销、优化演出产品质量、加强人才队伍建设等方面提出改进对策.希望以此丰富襄阳三国文化旅游产品类型,延长隆中景区文化产业链,做大做强襄阳文化旅游产业.
Live-action Performance of Thatched Cottage Zhuge Liang in Xiangyang Xiangyang Thatched Cottage Zhuge Liang's real landscape performance is a high-quality tourism product created by Longzhong Cultural Industry Park.Using field surveys and in-depth interviews,it analyzes the main problems in its operation,and puts forward some countermeasures from the aspects of improving the tourism industry chain,expanding the total market,implementing the precision marketing,and optimizing the performance product quality and strengthening the construction of the talent team,to enrich the variety of tourism products about culture of the Three Kingdoms in Xiangyang,to extend the cultural industry chain in Longzhong Scenic Area,and to make Xiangyang's cultural tourism industry bigger and stronger.
