和谐劳动关系是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分。十八大以来,以习近平为核心的党中央高度重视我国和谐劳动关系的构建,在继承和发展马克思主义劳动关系理论基础上,习近平总书记针对我国劳动关系领域出现的新问题,提出了构建新时代和谐劳动关系的目标任务以及一系列具有创新性、系统性、针对性的新思想新理念,由此形成了新时代中国特色社会主义和谐劳动关系的思想体系。其逻辑体系以劳动价值论和劳动关系主体论为起点,倡导通过党政主导、共商共建共享和法治保障来治理我国当下的劳动关系,坚持走中国特色社会主义工会道路,全方位、全过程地推进新时代中国和谐劳动关系。

Harmonious labor relation is an important part of Xi Jinping’s socialist ideology with Chinese Characteristics in the new era. Since the 18 th CPC National Congress, Xi Jinping has attached great importance to the construction of harmonious labor relations in the country. On the basis of inheriting and developing the Marxist theory of labor relations, Xi Jinping has proposed a series of innovative, systematic and targeted new ideas and new concepts on building harmonious labor relations, which has formed an ideology system of socialist harmonious labor relations with Chinese characteristics in the new era. Its ideological system takes the theory of labor value and the subject of labor relations as the logical starting point, advocates the governance of China’s current labor relations through party-government dominance, consultation and co-construction and sharing, and legal guarantee, and adheres to the road of socialist labor unions with Chinese characteristics. The main content is to promote the construction of China’s harmonious labor relations on an all-round and whole process ground in the new era.
