基于肺脾气虚认识新型冠状病毒肺炎及诊疗方案中药的研究进展

Traditional Chinese medicines for 2019-nCoV pneumonia based on lung and spleen Qi deficiency syndrome

《新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案》从试行第一版至第七版,均体现了中医药治疗的积极作用.此次肺炎导致老年人群及基础疾病患者的发病率和致死率较高,这与此类人群体质状况息息相关.本文从肺脾气虚角度认识新型冠状病毒肺炎的发生与发展,强调从轻症阶段开始应关注肺脾气虚病因,并宜早予以对证治疗;针对国家及省市区发布诊疗方案中高频次的六味补气健脾中药,进行成分、抗炎、抗氧化、调节免疫、靶点作用的研究现状综述,以期为临床医生合理使用和药物研发提供参考.

From the Diagnosis and treatment of novel coronavirus pneumonia trail version 1 to Version 7,traditional Chinese medicine has been playing the positive role in treating 2019-nCoV pneumonia.It is found that the older people or people with primary diseases are easily infected by the novel coronavirus with more high mortality,which is related to the special condition of them.Thus,the traditional medicinal theory of lung and spleen Qi deficiency syndrome is applied to learn about the etiology of novel coronavirus pneumonia.Furthermore,six medicines in the Diagnosis and treatment version 7 are reviewed for chemical components,anti-inflammation,antioxidation,regulation of immunity and targeting action.It may provide a guide for clinicians to use and study the medicines.
