乙烯装置低排放开工技术的应用

摘要 随着我国大气环保要求的日益严格,乙烯装置开工过程中缩短开工时间、节能减排的技术越来越受到国内外石化企业的重视。文中结合多次乙烯装置的开工经验,通过增加碳二加氢开工充压线、高压脱丙烷塔不合格乙烯回炼线等技术改造措施,总结出适合本装置的开工过程优化成套技术。在2018年某乙烯装置大检修开工过程中首次采用裂解气压缩机氮气转实物料低排放开工方式,加快装置开工进度,降低开工过程中火炬排放量。 With the increasingly strict requirements of environmental protection in China,the technologies of shortening the startup time and saving energy and reducing emissions in the process of ethylene plant construction had been paid more and more attention by petrochemical enterprises at home and abroad.Based on the experience in the operation of ethylene plant for many times,this paper summarized the complete set of technology suitable for the operation optimization of this plant by adding the filling line of carbon dioxide hydrogenation and the unqualified ethylene recycling line of high pressure depropane tower.In 2018,during the overhaul of an ethylene plant,the low-emission startup method of nitrogen-to-material conversion by cracking gas compressor was adopted for the first time,so as to accelerate the starting progress of the plant and reduce the flare emission during the startup.
