摘要
阐述了某乙苯装置的副产物烷基化尾气及柴油加氢装置的反应低分气的混合原料气中含有50%的氢气,为了回收该部分尾气中的氢气作为全厂汽、柴油加氢的氢源,通过技术比选采用抽真空变压吸附(VPSA)技术,将混合原料气中的氢气加以回收利用,同时产生的解析尾气并入燃料气管网,重点对该技术应用情况进行分析。
This paper expounded that a byproduct of alkylation of exhaust gas from ethyl benzene unit and combined feedstock of reaction low separation gas from diesel hydrogenation unit contained 50%hydrogen.In order to recover this part of the hydrogen from tail gas as hydrogen source for overall plants and gasoline&diesel hydrogenation units,through technical comparison,it adopted vacuum pressure swing adsorption(VPSA)technology,which will recycle hydrogen in combined feedstock and make the exhaust gas into fuel gas pipeline network at the same time.This paper focused on analyzing the technology application.
