催化裂化富气压缩机轴位移上涨的原因分析

摘要 中国石油大港石化分公司的重油催化裂化装置富气压缩机运行多年后,轴位移出现缓慢上涨。同时推力轴瓦温度出现缓慢上涨,轴端密封腔内的压力同步缓慢升高,与压缩机轴位移变化能够对应上。通过拆修发现平衡鼓密封磨损严重,更换平衡鼓密封后装置实现运行正常,解决了影响装置长周期运行的瓶颈。 After many years of operation,the axial displacement of the rich gas compressor in the heavy oil catalytic cracking unit of Dagang Petrochemical Company of PetroChina increased slowly.At the same time,the temperature of the thrust bearing bush rises slowly,and the pressure in the shaft end sealing cavity rises slowly,which is corresponding to the change of the displacement of the compressor shaft.It is found that the seal of balance drum is seriously worn through disassembly and repair.After replacing the seal of balance drum,the device can operate normally,and the bottleneck affecting the long-term operation of the device is solved.
