为消除化工管线的泄漏隐患,通常采取局部或整个单元停车,将泄漏管线卸压、排净后进行消漏作业。为使装置不停工状态下堵漏,文中设计、制作并安装夹套管法兰卡具进行引流焊接,向夹套管内注入密封剂,安装闸阀进行切断的处理措施,安全、平稳地完成了锅炉给水管线带压堵漏作业。

In order to eliminate the potential leakage of chemical pipelines,partial or whole unit shutdown was usually adopted to eliminate the leakage pipeline after pressure relief and drainage.In order to stop the leakage in the non-stop state of the plant,the leakage stoppage operation with pressure for boiler water supply pipeline was completed safely and smoothly by designing,making and installing the sleeve flange clamp for drainage welding,injecting sealant into the sleeve tube and installing the gate valve.
