文中根据我国石油化工装置球罐区的设计规范要求,在管道设计中分析了球罐的结构特点,提出球罐的管道设计的一般原则,根据管道应力分析探讨管道支架的设计,以及球罐的管口方位、平台、梯子的布置以及主要管道的设计要点。

According to the design practice of most spherical tank areas in petrochemical plants,the characteristics of spherical tank are analyzed in the pipeline design,and the general principles for the pipeline design of spherical tank are put forward.According to the pipeline stress analysis,the design of pipeline support,the position of pipe orifice,the arrangement of platform and ladder,and the design points of main pipelines are discussed.
