摘要 为保证烟气达标排放,增加脱硝还原剂氨水投加量,造成逃逸氨超标,引起锅炉空预器铵盐结晶堵塞。文中从改善过量喷氨现状入手,通过对氨水喷枪的结构进行改进,促进氨水与烟气NOx反应,改善了脱硝效果。在保证烟气达标的同时,降低烟气逃逸氨,减少空预器铵盐结晶堵塞。 In order to ensure the emission of flue gas up to the standard,increase the dosage of denitrification reducing agent ammonia water,cause the escaping ammonia to exceed the standard,and cause the ammonia salt crystallization blockage of the air preheater of the boiler.In this paper,starting from the improvement of the status quo of excessive ammonia injection,through the improvement of the structure of ammonia spray gun,the reaction between ammonia and flue gas NOx is promoted,and the denitrification effect is improved.At the same time of ensuring the flue gas to meet the standard,reducing the escaping ammonia of flue gas and reducing the ammonia salt crystal blockage of air preheater.
