多学科协作模式结合循证护理对阿尔茨海默病患者ADL能力、认知功能及抑郁状态的影响 被引量:18

摘要 目的探讨多学科协作模式结合循证护理对阿尔茨海默病患者ADL能力、认知功能及抑郁状态的影响。方法选取2016年10月至2017年6月我院收治的60例阿尔茨海默病患者为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组和观察组。对照组行常规阿尔茨海默病护理,观察组行多学科协作模式结合循证护理干预。比较两组护理前后的ADL能力(Barthel指数)、认知功能(ADAScog量表)及抑郁状态(GDS-15量表)。结果护理后12周观察组的Barthel指数、ADAScog量表及GDS-15量表评估结果持续改善,均好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多学科协作模式与循证护理对阿尔茨海默病患者ADL能力、认知功能及抑郁状态的影响相对更好,因此在阿尔茨海默病患者中的应用价值较高。 Objective To investigate the effect of multidisciplinary collaboration model combined with evidence-based nursing for ADL ability,cognitive function and depression of patients with Alzheimer.Methods To select 60 cases of patients with Alzheimer admitted in our hospital from October 2016 to June 2017 as the study objects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group received routine Alzheimer's nursing,and the observation group received multidisciplinary collaboration model combined with evidence-based nursing intervention.The ADL ability(Barthel index),cognitive function(ADAScog scale),and status of depression(GDS-15 scale)were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results The continuous improvement of assessment results related to the Barthel index,ADAScog scale and GDS-15 scale after 12 weeks of nursing in the observation group,all of which were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of multidisciplinary collaboration model combined with evidence-based nursing for ADL ability,cognitive function and status of depression of patients with Alzheimer was relatively better,so it had higher application value in patients with Alzheimer.
