无痛病房多维镇痛护理对断指再植术患者术后血管危象的影响

Effect of appiying multidimensional analgesia care in painless ward for postoperative vascular crisis in patients with severed finger replantation

目的探讨无痛病房多维镇痛护理对断指再植术患者术后血管危象的影响。方法选取我院2018年3月至2019年3月收治的断指再植术患者90例,将其随机等分为对照组与观察组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施无痛病房多维镇痛护理,比较两组患者术后血管危象发生率及VAS疼痛评分。结果观察组患者术后血管危象发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),术后各阶段VAS疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论无痛病房多维镇痛护理在断指再植术中的应用,能有效控制术后疼痛,减少血管危象的发生率。

Objective To investigate the effect of multidimensional analgesia care in painless ward for postoperative vascular crisis in patients with severed finger replantation.Methods To select 90 cases of patients with severed finger replantation who were treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group performed multidimensional analgesia in the painless ward to compare the incidence of postoperative vascular crisis and VAS pain scores between the two groups of patients.Results The incidence of postoperative vascular crisis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Patients in the observation group had lower VAS pain scores at various stages after operation than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of multidimensional analgesia in painless ward in severed fingers replantation could effectively control postoperative pain and reduce the incidence of vascular crisis.
