家庭功能和环境与哮喘患儿自我管理能力的相关性分析

Correlation analysis of family function and environment related to self-management ability of children patients with asthma

目的探讨家庭功能和环境与哮喘患儿自我管理能力的相关性。方法选取2016年5月至2019年5月就诊本院的哮喘患儿80例及其父母作为研究对象,以调查问卷形式采集患儿一般资料,比较两组哮喘患儿自我管理量表、家庭环境量表、家庭功能量表评分。以哮喘控制调查问卷≥25分为截点推算哮喘患儿自我管理量表评分最佳截点进行分组,将≥截点分数、自我管理能力良好的患儿纳入自我管理能力良好组,其余纳入自我管理能力不足组,比较两组患儿一般资料、家庭功能评分和家庭环境评分差异,应用二元logistics回归分析明确患儿的自我管理能力与家庭功能及家庭环境量表评分的相关性。结果自我管理总评分最佳截断值≥127分时患儿的哮喘控制情况更为良好;患儿自我管理能力与家庭功能量表(FAD)评分呈负相关(P<0.05),与中文版家庭环境量表(FES)评分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论家庭功能受损越小,家庭环境水平越好越有益于哮喘患儿提升自我管理能力,在对哮喘患儿的临床护理过程中,应注重对其家长的家庭功能及家庭环境意识引导及改善。

Objective To explore the correlation between family function and environment related to self-management ability of children patients with asthma.Methods To select 80 cases of children patients with asthma who visited our hospital and their parents as the research object from May 2016 to May 2019.The general information of the children patients was collected by using the form of a questionnaire.The self-management scale scores of children patients with asthma,family environment scale scores,and family function scale score were compared between two groups.The asthma control questionnaire≥25 was divided into cutoff points to estimate the best cutoff points for the self-management scale scores of children patients with asthma,and the children patients with≥cutoff points and good self-management ability were included in the good self-management ability group,and the rest were included in poor self-management group.The differences in general information,family function scores,and family environment scores between children patients of the two groups were compared.Binary logistic regression analysis was used to determine the correlation between children's self-management ability and family function,and family environment scale score.Results Asthma control was better in children with the best cutoff value of the total self-management score≥127 points.Children's self-management ability was negatively correlated with family assessment device(FAD)score(P<0.05),and positively correlated with Chinese version-family assessment device(FAD)score(P<0.05).Conclusion The smaller the impairment of family function,the better the level of the family environment was,the better it was for children with asthma to improve their self-management ability.In the clinical nursing process of children patients with asthma,medical staff should be paid to the guidance of family function and family environment for parents to improve the above status.
