Nursing intervention strategies for rollover of injection unit of implantable venous access port in chest wall

目的探讨输液港植入后出现注射座翻转患者的护理措施,为临床应用输液港提供借鉴。方法总结输液港植入的护理经验,结合X线片的报告判断分析造成输液港翻转的影响因素,并请介入科协助处理。结果6例注射座翻转患者中5例通过单纯手法复位成功,1例经手术切开后复位成功,未影响输液港的正常使用。结论输液港注射座翻转是植入式装置独有的并发症,虽然其发生率低,但一旦发生输液港注射座翻转直接影响患者的治疗,并引起患者的焦虑。及时发现输液港注射座翻转并及时采取相应措施尤为重要。

Objective To explore the nursing measures for patients with rollover of injection unit after implanting venous access port,and to provide reference for clinical application of venous access port.Methods We summarized the nursing experience of implanting venous access port,and used the report of X-ray films to judge and analyze the influencing factors that caused the rollover of injection unit of implanting venous access port,and asked the intervention department for assistance.Results In the 6 cases of patients with rollover of injection unit,5 cases were successfully reset by simple manipulation,and 1 cases was successfully reset after surgical incision,which did not affect the normal use of the venous access port.Conclusion The rollover of injection unit of venous access port was a unique complication of implantable devices.Although its incidence was low,once the rollover of injection unit of venous access port occurred,it would directly affect the treatment of patients and cause anxiety.It was very important to find out the rollover of injection unit of venous access port in time and take corresponding measures in time.
