强化无错性节奏训练对稳定期精神分裂症患者心理和疾病症状的影响

Effects of applying intensive error-free rhythmic training for psychological and disease symptoms of patients with schizophrenia in stable stage

目的探讨强化无错性节奏训练对稳定期精神分裂症患者心理和疾病症状的影响。方法将2017年6月至2019年3月在我院治疗的78例稳定期精神分裂症患者随机等分为对照组与研究组,对照组实施常规工娱治疗,研究组在常规工娱治疗的基础上实施强化无错性节奏训练,比较两组Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分与临床症状改善情况。结果训练前,两组SDS,SAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);训练后,研究组患者的SDS,SAS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),阴性症状评分与一般精神病理评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),两组阳性症状评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对稳定期精神分裂症患者实施强化无错性节奏训练具有十分确切的临床疗效,不仅可以减轻患者焦虑、抑郁等负性心理情绪,同时也能够有效减轻其临床症状,提高其生活质量,改善预后。

Objective To explore the effect of applying intensive error-free rhythmic training for psychological and disease symptoms of patients with schizophrenia in stable stage.Methods To select 78 cases of patients with schizophrenia in stable stage who were treated in our hospital from June 2017 to March 2019.They were randomly divided into a control group and a study group.The control group was treated with conventional work and recreational therapy.The study group was treated with Intensive error-free rhythm training based on conventional work and recreational therapy.The Zung self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores,and the improvement of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results Before the training,there was no significant difference in SDS and SAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the training,the scores of SDS and SAS in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the scores of negative symptoms and general psychopathology were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in scores of positive symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of intensive error-free rhythm training for patients with schizophrenia in stable stage had very precise clinical effects.It could not only reduce the negative psychological emotions such as anxiety and depression,but also effectively reduce the clinical symptoms,and improve the quality of life and prognosis.
