摘要
通过金相、SEM、力学和电性能测试等手段研究了四种电线电缆常用的软铜线的组织与性能。结果表明,连续退火后的铜线组织由表至内分为表层细晶区、中层粗晶区和内层纤维晶区。不同区间晶粒存在显著差异,晶粒的形态和尺寸对材料力学和电学性能影响很大。表面镀层增加了导体电阻,但对于晶粒分布状态无明显影响。
The microstructure and properties of annealed copper wires in four types of electric cables were investigated by OM,SEM,mechanical and electrical tests.The result shows that the microstructure consists of three zones as fine grains,coarse grains and fibrous grains in order from the surface to the core by continuous annealing.Three zones are different from others in shape and distribution.The shape and size of grains exert apparent influence on the mechanical and electrical properties.The surface coating increases the electric resistance while has no obvious influence on the grain distribution.
