It proves that the production process control for large length 500kV UHV AC XLPE submarine cable is quite different from 220 kV and below.The continuous large length insulation extrusion process technology,thick in sulation degassing technology,copper wire armouring technology,test verification and other key technologies of 500 kV submarine cable are mainly introduced.
