摘要
随着欧盟CE认证协调标准EN 50575:2014+A1:2016的生效,2017年6月10日,欧盟正式强制把室内用的电力、通讯、控制电缆纳入建筑法规305/2011/EU CPR。至此,中国出口欧盟的建筑工程中使用的电力、控制和通信电缆需满足EN 50575:2014+A1:2016标准的燃烧性能等级测试和评估要求。由于电缆和光缆燃烧的主要成分为非金属材料,要生产出符合标准的电缆,选择阻燃性能合适的绝缘、护套以及绕包层等材料是关键。通过分析电缆和光缆产品燃烧性能分级判据,发现主要评估易燃性、火焰传播性、释热性和产烟性等多个方面。而燃烧试验结果不良率表明,在CPR法规视角下,业内对光电线缆用非金属材料燃烧性能的研究和评估都存在不足。
With the entry into force of CE certification coordination standard EN 50575:2014+A1:2016,June 10,2017,the European Union officially forced the indoor use of electricity,communications,control cables into the building code 305/2011/EU CPR.At this point,the power,control and communication cables in China's export of EU construction projects need to meet the combustion performance grade testing and evaluation requirements of the EN 50575:2014+A1:2016 standard.Since the main components of cable combustion are non metallic materials,to pro duce cables that meet the standards,it is important to select insulating,sheath and winding materials such as appro priate flame retardant properties.By analyzing the classification criteria of the combustion performance of optical and electrical cable products,the main evaluation of flammability,flame propagation,heat release and smoke production were found.The bad rate of combustion test results shows that there are some shortcomings in the research and evalua tion of the combustion performance of non metallic materials used in optical and electrical cables from the perspective of CPR regulations.
