摘要
电缆热循环试验是考核其长期老化特性的重要试验项目,采用主回路与模拟回路同时加热,通过模拟回路为主回路温度控制提供依据。受限于试验场地,一般采用将模拟回路放在试验回路内部,由此产生了感应电流。为了探究感应电流对试验准确度的影响,采用多组试验控制变量来分析不同回路情况下电缆产生的感应电情况,通过对比得出两回路间感应电流产生的特性和规律。研究表明,两回路产生电流相等的前提下,两回路电流方向相同,则主回路输出功率减小,模拟回路输出功率增大;两回路电流方向相反,则主回路输出功率增大,模拟回路输出功率减小。
Heating cycle voltage test is an important test item to evaluate its long term aging characteristics.Provide a basis for the main loop temperature control through the analog loop.Limited to the test site,the analog circuit is gen erally placed inside the test circuit,thereby generating an induced current.In order to investigate the influence of in duced current on test accuracy,this paper uses multiple sets of test control variables to analyze the induced electric current generated by cables under different loop conditions.The characteristics and laws of induced currents between the two loops are obtained by comparison.The research shows that under the premise that the two loops generate equal magnitude current,the current direction of the two loops is the same,the output power of the main loop is reduced,and the output power of the analog loop is increased;the current direction of the two loops is opposite,the output power of the main loop is increased,and the output power of the analog loop is reduced.
