京津冀地区田园综合体养老模式规划研究

Study on the pension model of rural complex planning in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

分析了京津冀地区城市人口老龄化现状,借鉴东京、伦敦等国外特大城市人口老龄化进程的经验启示,提出在北京、天津周边和河北地区的郊区农村规划建设田园综合体养老模式,吸引北京和天津城区老年人口向外迁移,降低中心城区的老龄化,可缓解北京、天津城区的土地资源紧缺和拥堵等城市问题,促进京津冀地区经济的协同发展。

This paper analyzes the current situation of urban population aging in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,draws lessons from the experience of the process of population aging in large foreign cities such as Tokyo and London,and puts forward to plan and construct the pension model of rural complex planning in the rural areas around Beijing,Tianjin and the Hebei region,so as to attract the elderly population of Beijing and Tianjin urban areas to move outward and reduce the aging of central urban areas,which can alleviate the problems of land resources shortage and congestion in Beijing and Tianjin urban areas,and promote the coordinated development of economy in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
