摘要
针对超深地下连续墙钢筋笼在连接时不易安装,容易断裂脱落的情况,提出了一种新型钢筋笼连接器,即通过两个交错的放置槽来放置钢筋,再由固定块贴合钢筋完成钢筋的固定,并应用于郑州火车站地铁站地下连续墙建设中,有效解决了钢筋笼连接不稳定的问题。开挖后的地下连续墙质量良好,且周围环境变形均控制在控制值以内,证明此连接器可在一定程度上保证地下连续墙施工质量。
Aiming at the situation that the ultra-deep underground continuous wall steel cage is not easy to install when connected,and it is easy to break and fall off,a new type of steel cage connector is proposed,which is to place the steel bars through two staggered placement grooves,and then complete the reinforcement by the fixed blocks. The fixing of the steel bar is applied to the construction of the underground continuous wall of Zhengzhou Railway Station subway station,which effectively solves the problem of unstable connection of the steel cage. The quality of the underground continuous wall after excavation is good,and the surrounding environment deformation is controlled within the control value,which proves that the connector can guarantee the construction quality of the underground continuous wall to a certain extent.
