从农村自建房质量的安全性、适用性和经济性三个角度,建立14个二级评价指标,形成一套完整的农村自建房质量评价体系。各项指标通俗易懂,评价简便。通过专家评价或房主自行评价,认清自建房的质量好坏,从而提高农民的房屋质量安全意识。

From the safety,applicability and economy of the quality of rural self-built houses,this paper establishes 14 secondary evaluation indexes to form a complete quality evaluation system of rural self-built houses. Each index is easy to understand and evaluate. Through the expert evaluation or the owner’s self-evaluation,we can recognize the quality of self-built houses,so as to improve the farmers’ safety consciousness of housing quality and safety.
