建筑业企业竞争力评价研究

Research on competitiveness evaluation of construction enterprises

在钻石模型的基础上,构建了基于资源配置能力、财务管理能力、工程管理能力、技术创新能力建筑业企业竞争力评价指标体系和基于熵权法的评价模型。利用2016年-2018年10家建筑业上市企业的年报数据进行实证研究,通过排序和分级,找出了各企业的竞争力优势和劣势,有针对性地为企业提升竞争力提出了改善建议。

According to the diamond model,an evaluation index system and an evaluation model are constructed. The evaluation index system consists of resource allocation ability,financial management ability,engineering management ability,and technological innovation ability. The evaluation model is constructed by entropy weight method. Based on empirical research using the annual report data of 10 listed companies in the construction industry from 2016 to 2018,the competitive advantages and disadvantages of each company are found out through sorting and grading,and suggestions are made for improving the competitiveness of the company.
