分析了“Dtp-Loop”控制使电动机负载产生的变化,结合镀锌机组退火炉段带钢稳定性控制的难点,增加“Drp-Loop”控制应用,减少了带钢张力波动,实现了退火炉内带钢张力平滑调节。

The load change of electric motor caused by"Drp-Loop"control is analyzed.Combined with the difficulty of strip stability control in the annealing furnace section of galvanizing unit,the"Drp-Loop"control application is added so as to reduce the strip tension fluctuation and realize a smooth adjustment of strip tension inside the annealing furnace.
