配电台区能效管理平台的精准治理研究

Research on Precision Governance of Energy Efficiency Management Platform in Distribution Station Area

蒙西地区配电台区存在三相不平衡严重、电压合格率低、波动大、功率因数变化频繁、运行状况复杂和无功补偿容量不足等问题。基于此,选取蒙西电网内三相负荷不平衡严重、电压合格率低的公用配变台区装设电能质量精准治理装置,并建设配网能效管理平台,采用高效、扩展性强、灵活、稳定的技术路线,取得较好的效果。

There are serious three-phase imbalance,low voltage qualification rate,large fluctuation,frequent power factor changes,complex operation conditions and insufficient reactive power compensation capacity in the distribution station area of Mengxi region.Based on this,the public distribution substation area with serious three-phase load imbalance and low voltage qualification rate in Mengxi power grid is selected to be installed with accurate power quality control devices,and the distribution network energy efficiency management platform is constructed.The technical route with high efficiency,strong expansibility,flexibility and stability is adopted to achieve better results.
