基于敏捷方法的软件研发项目管理系统的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Software R&D Project Management System Based on Agile Method

随着社会的不断发展和科学技术水平的不断提升,软件开发公司也越来越多,互联网企业也随之增加,因此如何管理好软件研发,成了当下的重要问题。传统的软件研发项目管理系统,在当今发展快速多变的社会中略显有些力不从心。于是敏捷方法的软件研发应运而生,相较于传统的软件研发项目管理方法,敏捷更适合于解决各种复杂的问题,能更好地适应多变的环境,更注重团队合作。随着各种各样的软件越来越多,研发相应的管理系统成为当务之急,因此笔者将从需求描述、概要简述、设计梗概和实现方法4个方面来介绍该软件研发项目管理系统。

With the continuous development of society and the continuous improvement of science and technology,there are more and more software development companies and Internet enterprises.Therefore,how to manage software development has become an important issue.The traditional software R&D project management system,in today’s rapidly changing society,is a little weak.As a result,the software development of agile method came into being.Compared with the traditional software development project management method,agile is more suitable to solve various complex problems,better adapt to the changing environment,and pay more attention to team cooperation.With more and more kinds of software,it is urgent to develop the corresponding management system,so the author will introduce the software R&D project management system from four aspects:requirement description,brief introduction,design outline and implementation method.
