基于智能物联技术的数据介质管理柜研制及应用

摘要 安全管理与使用涉密数据介质是公司大数据中心建设的重要保障。按公司规范要求,管理者需要清楚数据介质的位置、时间、使用人等信息,保障数据介质有规、有矩、可追溯,提高使用效率。为此,笔者提出基于智能物联技术的数据介质管理柜研制,一方面利用物联网技术,研发智能物联数据介质管理柜主控系统,实现对柜内文件等数据介质的统计与管理;另一方面基于智能物联数据介质管理柜主控系统、图像采集器与语音采集器等,研制智能物联文件数据介质管理实体柜系统。实践表明,基于智能物联技术的数据介质管理柜提高,不仅能提高数据介质的收纳及提取速率,还能为公司节省人力、物力等。 The safety management and the use of secret data media are the important guarantee for the construction of the company’s big data center.According to the company’s specifications,managers need to know the location,time,user and other information of the data media,to ensure that the data media is regular,rectangular and traceable,and to improve the use efficiency.Therefore,the author proposes the development of data media management cabinet based on Intelligent IOT technology.On the one hand,the main control system of intelligent IOT data media management cabinet is developed by using IOT technology to realize the statistics and management of data media such as files in the cabinet;on the other hand,the main control system of intelligent IOT data media management cabinet,image collector and voice collector are used to develop intelligent IOT documents Piece data media management entity cabinet system.Practice shows that the improvement of data media management cabinet based on Intelligent IOT technology can not only improve the storage and extraction speed of data media,but also save human and material r esources for the company.
