mCMC/TiO2-SnO2/mCS双极膜的制备及其处理含铬废水的研究 被引量:2

摘要 在聚乙烯醇(PVA)中添加羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)制成阳膜层材料,添加壳聚糖(CS)制成阴膜层材料,并在中间层添加纳米TiO2-SnO2进行改性,制备了“三明治”双极膜.测定结果显示,与未添加光催化剂的双极膜相比,mCMC/TiO2-SnO2/mCS双极膜的溶胀性和热稳定性均得到提高.在紫外光照条件下,水解离90 min时阴极室H+浓度达到0.2020 mol/L;电流密度为100 mA/cm2时,槽电压到达5.0 V;该双极膜作为电解槽隔膜电解60 min时,模拟含铬底物去除率为36.36%. Sodium polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)was mixed with carboxymethylcellulose(CMC)as anode layer material,and mixed with chitosan(CS)as cathode layer material.Then nano-TiO2-SnO2 was added in the middle layer to prepare the sandwich-type bipolar membrane,while the mCMC/mCS bipolar membrane without photocatalyst was prepared as a comparison.The results showed that the swelling degree and thermal stability were improved.Under UV,hydrogen ion concentration in the cathode chamber reached 0.2020 mol/L by hydrolyzing 90 min.When the current density was 100 mA/cm2,the working voltage was 5.0 V.When the electrolysis cell was constituted by mCMC/TiO2-SnO2/mCS bipolar membrane as a septum,the removal rate of chromium-containing wastewater reached 36.36%by 60 min.
