福建省高校技巧啦啦操运动训练的问题及对策

Analysis on the present situation and preventive countermeasures of competitive ability of skill cheerleading athletes of universities in Fujian Province

对参加福建省高校2018年技巧啦啦操大赛的福建师范大学、厦门大学等10所高校运动员的调查研究发现,当前福建省高校大学生技巧啦啦操运动存在学校重视不够、训练条件较差、训练频率和时间不足、运动员的综合素质有待提升等问题.福建省高校应提高对技巧啦啦操运动的重视程度,不断完善运动员培养体系,加大宣传力度,有效整合体育资源,配备专用规范的训练场地,建立有效的激励机制,营造良好的训练及比赛氛围,以促进高校技巧啦啦操运动的有序开展,有效提升大学生技巧啦啦操运动竞技能力.

The investigation and research on the athletes of 10 colleges and universities including Fujian Normal University and Xiamen University who participated in the 2018 Skill Cheerleading Competition of colleges and universities in Fujian Province found out some problems in the current skill cheerleading of college students in Fujian Province,such as insufficient attention from schools,poor training conditions,insufficient training frequency and time,and the call for the comprehensive improvement of the quality of athletes.Colleges and universities in Fujian Province should pay more attention to the skill cheerleading,improve the training system of athletes,strengthen the publicity,effectively integrate the sports resources,equip with special and standard training venues,establish an effective incentive mechanism,and create a good atmosphere for training and competition,so as to promote the orderly development of the skill cheerleading in colleges and universities,and effectively improve cheerleading competitive ability of college students.
