摘要
研究葛根素、姜黄素、沙棘黄酮复方减轻酒精导致急性肝损伤的保护功能。结果显示,复方组血清AST及ALT水平显著降低,肝匀浆液中MDA和TG水平显著降低,SOD和GSH显著升高,透射电镜显示复方组肝脏细胞损伤程度减低。这一成果可为进一步开发对酒精性肝损伤具有综合作用的保健食品提供了一定的理论依据和参考。
This study does research on the protective effect of puerarin,curcumin and seabuckthorn flavonoids on alcohol induced acute liver injury. The results showed that the levels of AST and ALT in the serum of the compound group were significantly decreased,the levels of MDA and TG in the liver homogenate were significantly decreased,and the levels of SOD and GSH were significantly increased. Transmission electron microscopy( tem) showed that the liver cell injury was decreased in the compound group. It provides a theoretical basis and reference for the further development of health food with comprehensive effects on alcoholic liver injury.
