宫腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜息肉不孕症患者的临床疗效观察

Hysteroscopic surgery in the treatment of infertility patients with endometrial polyps

以分析宫腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜息肉不孕症患者的临床疗效为目的,选择2016年1月~2017年1月来我院接受治疗的300例子宫内膜息肉不孕症患者为研究对象,按就诊顺序将其分为对照组、观察组,每组各150例。对照组在宫腔镜指引下实施搔刮术,观察组接受宫腔镜电切术。和对照组相比,观察组患者的手术时间、住院时间更短,术中出血量更低(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者的月经量存在明显差异(P<0.05)。观察组2年后的妊娠率更高,疾病复发率更低(P<0.05)。对患者开展宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉电切术进行治疗能够取得满意成效,此法安全性强,有效性高,具有进一步在临床中推广应用的价值。

To analyze the clinical effect of hysteroscopic surgery in the treatment of endometrial polyp infertility.From January 2016 to January 2017,300 infertile patients with endometrial polyp were selected as the study object.According to the order of treatment,they were divided into control group and observation group,150 cases in each group.Under the guidance of hysteroscopy,the control group received curettage and the observation group received hysteroscopic electrotomy.Compared with the control group,the operation time and hospitalization time of the patients in the observation group were shorter,and the amount of bleeding during the operation was lower(P<0.05).After intervention,there was a significant difference in the amount of menstruation between the two groups(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate was higher and the recurrence rate was lower in the observation group after 2 years(P<0.05).The results of hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps are satisfactory.This method is safe and effective,and has the value of further clinical application.
