在整个自动化加工单元中,料库起到举足轻重的作用。在充分了解国内外现有自动化加工单元料库的基础上,设计了一种针对轴叉类工件的定节距旋转料库。料库的设计主要由驱动机构、托盘机构组成。料库的工作过程主要分为托盘到位检测、物料有无检测、物料位置检测三个过程,控制流程简便。实际应用中,料库运行稳定,定位准确,扩展性强,提高了整个自动化单元的运行效率,使用户获得了良好的经济效益。

In the whole automatic machining unit,the material warehouse plays an important role.On the basis of fully understanding the existing automatic machining unit material warehouse at home and abroad,a kind of fixed pitch rotating material warehouse is developed for the fork workpiece.The design of material storehouse is mainly composed of driving mechanism and pallet mechanism.The working process of material storehouse is divided into three processes:pallet in place detection,material presence detection and material position detection.The control process is simple.In practical application,the operation of the material warehouse is stable,the positioning is accurate,the expansibility is strong,the operation efficiency of the whole automation unit is improved,and the user obtains good economic benefits.
