The new cast iron cold welding method is a widely used welding method in the welding work at present.Starting from the selection of welding rods,the types of welding rods that meet the requirements of cold welding process are defined,the application characteristics of welding rods are analyzed,and the specific process and operation precautions of cold welding process are put forward. This paper analyzes the innovation and development of the new cast iron cold welding process. Based on the continuous expansion of the scale of each cast iron welding enterprise,the market demand for welding products is also higher and higher. It is necessary to define the goal and direction,analyze the innovation method,on the basis of increasing capital and technology investment and introducing professional equipment,establish an information work platform,collect relevant information and research the innovation work content and form of feasible methods,for employees to establish awareness of innovative work,to ensure the sustainable development of all work,in order to effectively improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.
