基于改进主成分分析的黑龙江省人民生活水平综合评价

Comprehensive Evaluation of People’s Living Standard in Heilongjiang Province Based on Improved Principal Component Analysis

为测算黑龙江省人民生活的综合水平,本研究从消费水平、社会保障、城市环境、交通运输4个方面,建立人民生活水平综合评价指标体系,利用改进的主成分分析法对黑龙江省人民历年的生活水平进行评价分析,并针对加快提升黑龙江省人民生活水平提出了几点建议,希望结果可为有关部门决策提供科学的数据资料。

It is in the stage of rapid development in Heilongjiang Province. People’s living standards are becoming the focus of attention. In this paper,in order to measure the people’s living standards in Heilongjiang Province,the index system is constructed from four aspects: consumption level,social security,urban environment,transportation. By the improved principal component analysis method,the people’s living standard of Heilongjiang Province has been evaluated over the years. Some suggestions were put forward,hoping it can provide scientific data for the decision-making of relevant departments.
