摘要 基于近年来居民楼电动车火灾数量居高不下的现状,对电动车火灾原因进行分析,发现火灾多是由于电动车生产质量、设计缺陷和充电线路私拉乱扯所引起。根据电动车火灾的规律特点,结合小区物业实际情况,有针对性地提出了从电动车的设计生产、安全存放和正确充电等方面入手,有效防止电动车火灾的发生。同时,政府主管部门要加强消防安全方面的宣传,优化居民楼消防安全环境。 Based on the high number of electric vehicle fires in residential buildings in recent years,this paper analyzes the causes of electric vehicle fires,and finds that most of the fires are caused by the production quality,design defects and private pulling of charging lines. According to the regular characteristics of the electric vehicle fire,combined with the actual situation of the residential property,it is pointed out that the design and production,safe storage and correct charging of the electric vehicle can effectively prevent the occurrence of the electric vehicle fire. At the same time,the competent government departments should strengthen the publicity of fire safety and optimize the fire safety environment of residential buildings.
