摘要
文章从实习准备、实习过程、实习内容、实习时间、实习评价、实习效果等方面,对上海市小学教育专业师范生的实习现状进行调查,发现教育实习中还存在以下问题:实习内容不够丰富,班主任工作落实不到位;实习生课堂教学实践偏少;高校指导教师指导力度不够;实习评价未能充分发挥反馈、激励的作用等。针对这些问题进行了以下的原因分析:高等师范院校各项工作有待完善,实习生思想和行为上缺乏积极性,实习学校指导力度有限。继而从高师院校、实习生、实习学校三方面提出对策,包括:高等师范院校应不断完善培养方案,实习生应不断提高自身素养,实习学校应不断完善指导过程。
From the aspects of preparation,process,content,time,evaluation and effect of education practice,this research has investigated the current situation of the normal students who did their education practice in primary schools in Shanghai and has found that there still exist the following problems:the practice content is not rich enough;students are unlikely to work as head teacher of the class;there are fewer opportunities for students to do the teaching practice;the guidance from university teachers seem insufficient;and practice evaluation fails to give full play to the role of feedback and motivation.In view of these problems,the following reasons are analyzed:the work of normal colleges and universities needs to be improved;interns lack enthusiasm in thinking and behavior;and the guidance of practice schools is limited.Then,this research puts forward three counter measures from normal universities,interns and practice schools,including:normal university should constantly improve the training program;interns should constantly improve their own competence;practice schools should constantly improve the guidance process.
