养老机构医养结合养老服务研究综述

Review on the study of medical support combined with old-age care in old-age institutions

养老问题随着我国老龄化程度的加深,日益凸显。养老和医疗,逐渐成为社会的关注热点。对于中国养老问题,党的十九大报告中明确指出构建"养老、孝老、敬老的政策体系和社会环境"的政策方针。老年人的养老问题不再是简单的衣食无忧,社会对于老年人身心健康问题的关注度逐渐提高。参考借鉴国内外的研究经验,针对我国各大养老机构医养分离的现状,深入剖析各国养老机构医养结合服务的实践与完善。对建设适合我国养老机构医养结合服务的全新养老服务模式提出建议。

With the deepening of the aging degree of China, the problem of old-age pension has become increasingly prominent. Old-age care and medical care have gradually become the focus of social attention. Regarding the issue of China’s old-age pension, the Party’s 19 th National Congress report clearly pointed out the policy guidelines for building a "policy system and social environment for old-age pension, filial piety, and respect for the elderly." The elderly pension problem is no longer simple food and clothing, the social concern for the elderly physical and mental health issues gradually increased.With reference to domestic and foreign research experience, this paper analyzes the practice and perfection of medical support services in various institutions in China. This paper puts forward some suggestions for the construction of a new old-age service model which is suitable for the medical and nursing services of old-age institutions in China.
