新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下贵阳市急诊科和发热门诊医护人员心理健康状况调查

Survey on the Mental Health of Medical Staffs in Emergency Department and Fever Clinic in Guiyang City under the Epidemic Situation of COVID-19

目的:了解新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下贵阳市急诊科和发热门诊等防控一线医护人员的心理健康状况。方法:采用广泛性焦虑量表(Gad-7)、应激自评量表(PSS-10)和心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)对136名新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下贵阳市急诊科和发热门诊等防控一线医护人员的心理健康状况进行问卷调查,针对现状进行原因分析并提出心理干预对策。结果:急诊科和发热门诊等防控一线医护人员在应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情中存在一系列心理卫生问题,其中有83(61.02%)人存在不同程度的焦虑,应激自评量表(PSS-10)总分为(22.86±5.45)分,心理弹性的总分为(62.40±15.80)分。结论:新型肺炎疫情防控一线医护人员有强烈的心理干预需求,医院和社会各界等应加强提供感染防护、积极社会支持和持续性地心理援助及干预,以提升防控一线医护人员的心理健康。

Objective:To understand the mental health of front-line medical staffs in the emergency department and fever clinic in Guiyang City under the epidemic situation of COVID-19.Method:To offer some psychological suggestion after analying the factor,the Generalized Anxiety Disorder scale(Gad-7),the Perceived Stress scale(PSS-10),and the Connor-Davidson Resilience scale(CD-RISC)were used to survey the mental health of 136 staffs who worked in the emergency department and the front-line with COVID-19.Result:The staffs who work in emergency department and fever clinic have a series of mental health problems in coping with COVID-19.Among them,83(61.02%)people have different levels of anxiety and perceived stress scale with a total score of 22.86±5.45 and 62.40±15.80 in tables of PSS-10 and CD-RSC,respectively.Conclusion:It is necessary to offer psychological intervention for front-line medical staffs in the prevention and control of new pneumonia epidemics.Hospitals and all should strengthen the provision of infection protection,active social supports and continuous psychological assistance and intervention in order to improve the psychology of health front-line medical staffs.
